This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") describes prohibited uses of the Stelaah workspace and related services (the "Services"). It supplements, and is part of, our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms.
1 Prohibited content
You must not use the Services to store, send, or share content that:
- is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- is sexually exploitative of minors, or promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal goods;
- contains malware, or is designed to harm or gain unauthorized access to systems; or
- harasses, threatens, or incites harm against others.
2 Prohibited activities
You must not:
- attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access, or breach another workspace's isolation;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services except under an authorized security program;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services, for example through denial-of-service attacks or overloading infrastructure;
- reverse engineer or copy the Services except to the extent permitted by law;
- resell or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted; or
- use the Services to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or to violate others' communication preferences or laws.
3 Misuse of AI features
You must not use Aria or other AI features to generate prohibited content, to mislead people about whether content is AI-generated where disclosure is required, to attempt to extract another party's data or model training data, or to circumvent safety measures. See the Aria AI Terms.
4 Fair use and resource limits
The Services are subject to reasonable use. We may apply limits — for example on storage, API calls, automation runs, or AI usage — and may throttle or limit activity that is excessive, automated in an abusive way, or that threatens the stability or security of the Services for others. Plan-specific limits are described in your plan or order.
5 Security and responsible disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability, report it to security@stelaah.com rather than exploiting it. We support good-faith research conducted without harming users or data, and we will not pursue action against researchers who follow responsible disclosure.
6 Reporting abuse
To report content or activity that violates this AUP, email abuse@stelaah.com with enough detail for us to investigate. For copyright complaints, see our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
7 Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove or disable content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that breach this AUP. Where the risk allows, we will give notice and a chance to fix the problem; where it does not — for example active security threats or illegal content — we may act immediately. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
8 Changes and contact
We may update this AUP as the Services evolve. Questions go to legal@stelaah.com; reports of abuse go to abuse@stelaah.com.
