This statement reflects our commitment to making the Stelaah workspace and websites usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
1 Our commitment
We believe good software should be usable by everyone. Accessibility is part of how we design and build Stelaah, not an afterthought, and we treat accessibility issues as real product issues.
2 Standards we work toward
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive differences.
3 What we do
Across the Services we work to provide:
- clear structure and semantic markup so assistive technologies can navigate content;
- keyboard access to interactive elements, with visible focus;
- sufficient color contrast and support for larger text;
- labels and descriptions for controls, icons, and images; and
- respect for system preferences such as reduced motion.
4 Ongoing work and known limitations
Stelaah is a large, evolving product, and some areas may not yet fully meet our target. We test as we build, prioritize fixes for issues that block people from completing key tasks, and review accessibility when we ship new features. If you encounter a barrier, your report helps us prioritize.
5 Compatibility
The Services are designed to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies such as screen readers. Using the latest versions generally gives the best experience.
6 Feedback and contact
If you have trouble using any part of Stelaah, or want to request content in a different format, email accessibility@stelaah.com. Please tell us the page or feature, what happened, and the assistive technology you use, if any. We aim to respond within five business days.
